    Responsibilities

    1. Oversee all aspects of marketing & sales coordination
    2. Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
    3. Update and maintained appropriate forms of the company
    4. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the sales/marketing office
    5. Support staff in assigned project – based work
    6. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and mails
    7. Visiting potential customers
    8. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers
    9. Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
    10. Gaining a clear understanding of customers and their requirements
    11. Maintain the company procedures for ISO and check the systematic functioning of sales department
    12. Communicate with the other departments like design, production, purchase and store regarding performance and raw materials requirements.
    13. Weekly reports about all functions are completed accurately and timely.
    14. Visitors and telephone calls are courteously and professionally received or referred. Good public relations exist with outside contacts
    15. The company’s professional reputation should be maintained.
